Hi Denise
Australia has the highest incidence of melanoma in the world :-(((
due to our sunlight and lots of fair-skinned people.
I have never heard of anyone telling a mother that she can't
breastfeed after having a melanoma removed. I remove them
depressingly frequently, and the idea has never crossed my mind.
I'm sure the Cancer Foundation (or its equivalent in the US) would
back me up on this.
Fiona
In Australia, where the slip, slop, slap and wrap slogan is
everywhere (slip on a shirt, slop on sunscreen, slap on a hat and
wrap the sunglasses).
