I don't know what sort of software is out there for LC'd specfically but
I do recall some being discussed. Search the archives for that. It may
have been more for pump rental tracking than anything else though.

If nothing else you might try a program called "ACT" - it is geared more
for salespeople, but you can track clients issues and it will calendar
calls for you to me made on a date you select. I am not all that
fmailiar with other than for the fact that my husband is in sales and
that is what he uses. Occasionally I have to help him pull a report or
something from it.

If you are in a hospital, contact the IT department to see what they
have available. I am sure there is something out there more appropriate,
but ACT would work until you got it going if nothing else.
