About mothers over 40.  I know I was close to 40 when my second child was
born, had no supply problem.  And a friend who had her only child at 46 had
very abundant milk and was still hand-expressing at work when he was well
over a year.  But as we all know, anecdotes are only that.  Some studies
would be nice.
