A couple of suggestions of issues for expectant parents to investigate:

What education, information, support, and resources will be available to the
breastfeeding family? ie; classes, lactation consultant, LLL leaders,
referral list.
And, what will be the options if a breastfeeding challenge or problem arises.

What lactation and breastfeeding support inservices or conferences have the
physicians and nurses attended in the last year?
