Hi! Ladies,

I have seen the research done by Paula Meyer regarding the Symphony Premie pump setting, but I'm wondering if there is any research out there comparing that pump with other hospital grade pumps that was not sponsored in any way by Medela.
Have any of you used this pump with the mother's of your pre-term babies?  If so, what kind of success have you noted?

In Nancy Mohrbacher's book, Breastfeeding Answers Made Simple,  she reviews some research on pumps--those with 2 phase, and those without, and it seems the 2 phase doesn't necessarily make a big difference in the long run at all.  I'm not sure about that for premies, though.
