My guess as to why J. Harder didn't include Dr. Jack's letter in his article:
By responding to the women's letters, he was able to create the feeling that
all of us "radical, BF nuts" are just a bunch of over sensitive, probably PMS
women.  Including a response from a man would show that this issue is not just
a woman's issue and therefore give credibility to it.  This is only my guess
and I don't mean to be bashing this J. Harder even though I would REALLY,
REALLY like to.  As has been the case for the 33 years I have been on this
earth, I see the attitude that issues that are important to women are only
important to women (and therefore not "really" important at all) and issues
that are important to men are important for all.

Just another PLUS for BF.  I found that, after BF my children, all of a sudden
I had tons of self respect and confidence that had been missing for years.  It
was at that point that I stopped apologizing for who I am and began relishing
it. Something I ALWAYS bring out in my BF classes.
