This is a little off topic but I expect that someone here will be able to assist me. I'm looking for references that describe how NICUs found that assigning nurses to particular children to care for them works better for the children (ie less stress) than non-assignment meaning a baby will be cared for by a greater number of people. I've found it difficult to search for with databases but just need a ref to add to the end of a single sentence.
Please respond to me privately.
TIA
