 Congratulations, well done. You and whoever worked with you on this one
should pat yourselves on the back and take yourselves out for lunch!

Do you have some other sample pool policies that you collected? Does
anyone else on Lacnet have other policies? This would be a great thing
to write up for JHL, perhaps as a consultant's corner article. It comes
up every summer on lactnet in at least one community and it would
be great to get an article out there about peoples' experiences with
what the process was to get a policy in place and what the final
policy looked like. I'd be happy to work with you on that if you're
interested.
