Hi Jaye,

I worked with a mom in a similar situation a few years ago.  I used  
"Reverse Pressure Softening" by Jean Cotterman.  In this situation,  
she needs to be careful with the pumping--could make things worse.   
Is Jean on Lacnet? Sorry I just recently signed back on after being  
away for a few years.
