We should really be keeping track of breastfeeding women who have had the
infection and recovered, so their milk could be collected and given, FRESH,
to newborns who have been exposed to the virus. 
I am serious about this.  It must not be pasteurized or the immunoglobulins
will be destroyed.  Freezing would be OK, just no heat treatment.
