Not 'missed', but not a part of this particular debate. The discussion
was not about breast*feeding* vs. FF, an issue on which we're all
agreed, but about donor milk vs. FF - i.e., how to deal with the
situation where a baby is *not* receiving all of his or her food supply
from breastfeeding. Donor milk and formula are both given from bottles -
unless the mother uses a supplementer at the breast, which, equally,
could be done just as well with either.

Since mode of feeding donor milk does not differ from mode of feeding
breastmilk, that point isn't relevant in discussions of which to use in
cases where something other than breastfeeding is required. This is of
course not to say that it isn't an important point in other contexts,
just that it isn't relevant in this particular discussion.
