While I agree that we all have the right to disagree and take issue  with 
coments of another - I was disheartened to read Betsy's post to  Jennifer posted 
to Lactnet for all 3000 of us to read. Perhaps it might have  best been said 
in a private email. Those words did not exactly have a collegial  tone. The 
post which followed was  both supportive and constructive. While  I may agree 
with you about the "initials" sometimes please don't assume  that because someone 
is NOT an RN that they don't work in a hospital or don't  know what they're 
talking about. Many really GOOD LCs are not RN's. We have  enough battles to 
fight without infighting, doncha' think?
