Jake, what paperwork are you looking for regarding orphan drug status of domperidone? I can certainly email you the orphan drug approval letter from the FDA if you contact me off list. USLCA is working hard in conjunction with Tom Hale at the Infant Risk Center at Texas Tech to take the next steps that the FDA requires. This project is one of the reasons it is so important to belong to USLCA. USLCA members were so helpful in providing some of the information required by the FDA to secure this status. If you live in the US and are not a member of USLCA please consider joining so we can continue important work like this.
