Hi Janine
A while back I encountered a similar situation.  The mother's symptoms would
disappear with whole body warmth.  As it was Winter at the time this was a
little tricky.  We discussed the treatment options that were available for
her if the symptoms persisted postpartum.  However, once baby was born she
experienced no nipple blanching or pain and breastfeeding went smoothly.
There were quite a few posts about this at the time that you may find in the
archives.
