I heard long ago---can't remember who said it---that you can't make yogurt
from human milk because it won't form the same kind of curd as cows' milk.
And human ice cream sounds like a losing proposition, too. What would she
do with all the "extra" skim milk? Farmers used to sell the cream to the
dairy and feed the skim milk to the pigs. Not a practice you can translate
to the human dairy, I shouldn't think!
I think our collective leg is being pulled.
