Pamela, Try removing eggs.

There are of course many reasons why a child might cry. I had a client
whose baby grad. became more and more fussy until he was literally crying
all the time. First pediatrician kept dismissing as over-feeding or colic,
etc. but second opinion revealed baby had a hydrocele in his testicles --
very painful. The rash could be suggestive of allergy, but could be
coincidental. Keep looking at the whole child.
