Hello there,
I know that some vaccines contain a preservative thimersol (mercury). The
flu vaccine being given at our hospital has 24.5 mcg mercury per 0.5 ml
vaccine. I called the pharmacist to confirm the other day. I know heavy
metals can pass into the breast milk (environmental and oral intake) but I
would like to have a research article stating this. Is there any research
that reports which heavy metals pass into the milk and how much? ...
transmission oral vs. environmental (just breathing in normal air) vs.
injection (medication)?? Also, if thimersol is not a risk for breastfeeding
mothers and babies - please share your information too. Thank you so much.
