Gail,
I use 5Fr, 36-inch feeding tubes, and just drop the open end in the
bottle/cup/whatever of supplement.  With a tube that long, the
bottle/cup/etc. can sit on a table next to mom, giving her one less thing
to have to hold.  (Not my original idea: credit Dr. Jack.)
