This is almost off topic so I will be brief.  If women are drinking as their
thirst directs them to, then neither one of these amounts of fluid could
possibly make any difference.
For the metrically challenged among you:
125 ml is half a measuring cup, and 250 ml is a full cup.  Approximately.
I haven't read the study, only what was posted on Lactnet.
