Does anyone have any experience with this?

I have a client who wants to breasteed  a baby she is adopting.  the  babe is due in December.  

It has been 4 years since she Breastfed her first adopted baby, but since then , she has been taking Estra test (estrogen testosterone combination)  for hormone replacement therapy secondary to  a bilateral oophorectomey .

I am not familiar with this drug.  any assistance would be most appreciated.
