Holmes say something to the effect that mom's breasts were better than 2 
hemisheres of a professors brain or something like that?  Of course in 
dollars and cents, it helps to fortify mom's milk because you get them out 
of the NICU faster, saving sort term dollars  - at the expense of long term 
health and dollars???
