at   infact @ftn.net. We at INFACT would aprreciate information on
International Code violations. Our WEB Home Page has a "rat" format
to report violations. Check out    www.io.org/~infacto for further
information.
For information on the BFHI your best source is to contact  your
country UNICEF office.
