Maria Armstrong asks whether there are more current guidelines than
what is described in the JHL article she links to in her post.  To my
knowledge there have been no changes since the article was published.
Maria, have you had no success reaching the corresponding author, Anne
Grøvslien?  Her address is given with the information about her
background on the first page of the article.  She still works at the
national hospital as far as I know, and she would be the person to
ask.
