I have an 8 x 11 book type calendar from the office store, I log all calls
there and a brief summary of the problem and what we discussed, there are 4
days to a page and usually this is sufficient space. I also check voice mail
from home on my days off so on those days I write in a circle the minutes of
the call and I get paid for them. I feel like these calls should be part of
the chart, but some of the moms didn't deliver with us and don't have a
chart. If someone has an idea how to do this better, Id love to hear it.
