She will sometimes suck on a finger, hates a pacifier.   Not sure what to suggest!  Any ideas?  By the way, I am suspicious that her growth slowed in utero- her head circ. and size are not typical for the families. So I am delighted that she eats vigorously, just hate to see her so frequently distressed. And I'm not sure block feeding so soon is wise, rather, that she needs to grow into her supply?
