Yes, this is not uncommon, can be severe, usually (naturally) is taken as
evidence of deep-seated unconscious ambivalence about/ aversion to
breastfeeding, but is simply related to levels of gastric hormones.
Solution is to eat before you breastfeed. Kerstin Uvnas-Moberg's work sheds
light on this.
