A woman I know was told that unless she had an HIV test, she would not be
allowed to breastfeed her baby in the hospital after she gave birth.  I have
not heard this before.  Is this a new law?  She lives in NY State.  Please
respond privately as I am incredibly behind on my digests.  TIA!!!
