I totally agree with you about the Legos - and, in fact, I created a set of REAL legos and printed words that I attached to them with clear shipping tape, that I ALWAYS put behind my computer so that everyone sees them throughout my presentation - whether I'm speaking to teens, moms, nursing students or physicians... (in fact, today I had to drive back home because I forgot it!)
It is a great visual - even when I don't address it specifically people bring it up, and then I can explain how "normal" breast milk has a lot more ingredients - LIVE ones - than the artificial milk...

After 25 years working in lactation, I recently went to work for WIC.
Aside from being generally impressed by the overall quality of the breastfeeding material WIC is producing, there is one handout/poster in particular that I have noticed makes a big impression on our participants.
We call it the "Legos" poster. Many times I have had someone say, as they sat gazing at this poster, "I had no idea there were so many differences between breastmilk and formula."
Kudos to whomever dreamed up this poster. You can see it here:

Although this poster does not specifically warn parents about the dangers of formula, it goes a long way towards putting breastmilk into context for parents.
