Can those who are in complete compliance with the WHO code and who understand
the nuances of advertising, please answer this question for me. Is it
appropriate to advertise in a magazine that is not WHO compliant? I personally
would say no, but considering how hard that would be in the USA---to find anything
remotely WHO compliant in the mainstream media--just how is that decided?

Thanks,
Pam MazzellaDiBosco
