Janice, I have not heard of this before! Does the mom see a pulling or a change in color or a change in shape of the breasts during the "cramp"? Can she feel a swelling like a bunched muscle? Does she have any back trouble? Could she have a pinched nerve in her back? Is her bra too tight and pressing on a nerve somewhere? Could the breasts be reacting to fast refilling? (Did I understand you to say she pumps *12oz* every 2 1/2 hours?) I'm looking forward to the responses to this one!
