Dear Friends:
    A state license to practice supercedes any voluntary certification. 
    What an LPN can do clinically would be best developed by the facility. 
The IBLCE-designation does not have any influence on the license, which 
describes the scope of practice.
    In Pennsylvania, LPNs can do quite a lot!
