Reflux could be part of it. But there are also symptoms related by mom that
may indicate overactive letdown or oversupply. (Gagging, choking, pulling off
breast also large initial weight gain). What are baby's stools like? Try some
 management techniques for OALD along with the reflux treatment and see what
happens.
