I hate to say the obvious but.....

don't you think every one of you should take a copy of this news item to
your risk management dept in the hospitals you work in?

This should be a pretty clear warning to those hospitals that are still
giving out formula gift packs.

Whether the family wins their lawsuit or not, the hospital will have to deal
with it, and this costs $$$.  No hospital would want to be put in this
position.  Especially if the formula co's are NOT named in the lawsuit, any
hospital should be questioning why they would put themselves in this
potential liability situation, just to give out samples on behalf of the
formula co's.
