Forgot to say that hand expression was also painful and it was very difficult 
for her to get anything. I did not see anythng resembling a vasospasm -  I 
have seen them often with pumping, but not in this case. And the pumping is 
immediately painful with the very first pull of the pump which would be pretty 
darn quick for a vasospasm to set in. The tissue seems pretty jammed against 
the edge of the flange - the tip of the nipple moves a bit, but not the rest. 
But I am really concerned about bumping 6mm higher to a 36 - it seems so 
huge...
