Are there any difinitive studies re: breastfeeding with a positive tox screen
of THC (marijuana)? What do most of you advise your clients and why? I
recently starting working in a hospital that recommends positive THC moms
"pump and dump" until a clean tox screen(sometimes taking up to 30 days post
THC exposure). Frequently, these moms become frustrated with pumping and quit
breastfeeding.
