A friend of mine is expecting a baby in about a month.
I was chatting with him today and he mentioned that
his wife will take a 3 month maternity and then her
company also has about a 3 month "bonding leave" bringing
her leave up to 6 months. Has anyone ever heard of
bonding leave? I'm not sure how it differs from a 6
month maternity expect that they may offer it to
Dads as well. I also have no idea it it's a paid
leave or not, but since this is an American company,
I doubt.

If you've heard of this please respond by private email
