I certainly would hope the woman seeks a second opinion.  Maybe she
has healed, but not well?  Maybe she has a fistula?  All the estrogen
in the world doesnt' help some women, but a quick little surgery to
reopen the wound and stitch it up properly would do wonders.  I speak
from personal experience.  :-0
