I had the same problem. After fiddling around a bit, I discovered that you
need to use Internet Explorer as your browser and have the Adobe Acrobat
Reader plug-in installed as well. I couldn't get it to work on my computer
(an iMac), but I'm hoping to try on a different one sometime.
