Our nonprofit has received a grant to do Telephone Triage (ala 'Hotline') Calls for breastfeeding women in our County.  We'll be staffed by a group of volunteer Certified Lactation Educators, but we need to 1) write a protocol for answered calls and 2) document these calls using MS Access.  Anyone out there had any experience with hotlines?? La Leche League and our 'HelpLine' (information referral) have been some help.
