The feedback I've received from mothers is that this is an easy-to-use,
effective pump.  One mom had bought a PNS, but wound up using the Isis
because it was so easy and portable for her.  My personal experience with it
is that although I found I had to do breast compression to keep the breast
in the funnel, which was not very comfortable, the yield was amazing.  I
even obtained more from the breast that produced less.   Less stress on
carpel tunnel as well, imho.
