Lisa - it sounds as if this mom is working really hard, with your help, to
increase her milk supply. In Southern Africa (South Africa and Zimbabwe)
sulpiride is commonly used to help increase breastmilk production. Normal
dose is 50mg three times per day - usually taken for two weeks initially.
If accompanied by frequent breastfeeding/breast drainage supply increases
noticeably after about four days, and even more four days after that etc.
Once mom is happy with her supply it *must* be tailed off. If stopped
abruptly mom notices a sharp decrease in her supply 4 - 10 days after the
last dose. I am emailing you privately a handout I have developed for
mothers on how this med works, dos and don'ts, etc.

Hope this helps. Please keep us posted. Best wishes to this dedicated mom.
