Subject: [LACTNET] bili blanket and skin to skin

Thank you for taking time to help me with this problem. I have a postpartum 
doula client who is having issues with latch and a sleepy baby. My first 
suggestion was increasing skin to skin however the baby is supposed to be 
under the bili blanket 16-20 hours per day. Has anyone had baby prone, skin 
to skin with mom and  the bili blanket on top of baby? Would there be any 
harmful effects for mom or baby?  ~~Wendy
