Years ago, an aquaintance who had twins - they were premies - said that she
found that for her it was important to nurse the two of them together for a
different reason.  One was stronger than the other, and the stronger one would
stimulate better MERs for the weaker one.  She also was fond of telling
mothers of twins to beg, borrow or steal to get household help in the first
year.
