I have a WABALINK April 2004, which reports premature quadruplicates born in
Abu Dhabi UAE.  They were breastfed exclusively for four months.  I think
the lactation nurses and family support must have been  significant in
achieving this.  I imagine if four can breastfeed exclusively successfully
on two breasts, two can d so, with support, on one.
