I'm not an expert in diagnosing breast problems - I'll leave that to
others.  In terms of comfort and relieving symptoms I have found that
about 90% of mothers that I speak to with any type of breast pain are
wearing a bra around the clock.  The first thing that I tell them is to

take the bra off.  It seems to work.
