One of the posts mentioned using a regular syringe with the
"business end" cut off.  This does work well, but my concern is that
it involves using a product in a way other than the manufacturer's
intent.  Sometimes we need to do this because nothing else is
available, but we may be making ourselves more liable if any
problems develop subsequent to such use.  In this case, the product
(Evert-It) is manufactured for the express purpose of bringing out
flat or inverted nipples so there would not be the additional
liability potential.
