I don't lose any weight for 3 months then I lose about 4 lbs a month while
eating anything I want.
This continues for months--at least a year or two then begins to lessen as
less breastmilk is being made.  This happened with both my pregnancies.
I have had patients who haven't lost weight until they weaned but plenty get
back to their prepregnant weight quickly as well.
