Read the study.  Altho done on adults and babies can't say whether they feel better or not, we have to agree that these results on 54 adults are positive for CST.  Just think of what a baby's body goes thru to get out and then the tongue doesn't work correctly - Ouch!  Yes, we need more studies, but for now recommending CST seems like another positive.
