Pat, Could you do a creamatocrit on the milk first before you try and
increase fat content?  (I'm not sure you can in any case, though increasing
her fat intake might help).  Also, if this ends up being a problem, you could
have her pump some and siphon off some of the fat after it sits for awhile
and make sure the baby takes that first.  But I'd do a creamatocrit first....
Pat Bull is good at doing those -- can give you the procedure if you can find
a willing lab.
