We (pediatricians and nurses) had an inservice a couple of years ago from 
the physician who runs the treatment program for such mothers/ babies at 
Hartford Hospital (Hartford,CT). She was wonderful and I remember learning 
so much during that session. Her name is escaping me at this time but if
